We hope you’re as excited for Gym Nights as we are!! This year we’re hosting it at Avalon Jr High School (which is a 5 minute walk from Southgate LRT station). We’re kicking off the 2019/2020 year with an OPEN HOUSE! Everyone of all genders and of all ages are welcome!

We hope to gather your input and use it to plan and structure our weekly Friday Gym Nights for this year. We're also on the lookout for volunteers to help us run the gym programming!
